The programs are geared to ages 8-16; however, we will assess younger athletes' readiness on a case-by-case basis. In general athletes need to know right/left, have motor skills to perform the basic movements of the program and be able to follow instruction for 90 minutes.

Not usually - sessions are held rain or shine; this is by design to enforce accountability and commitment.
Safety of our athletes and their families is our first priority, we do modify the activities to ensure they can be safely executed; if conditions are so severe that they pose a safety risk we will reschedule sessions.
Not currently - we are open to expanding the schedule to include week nights if there is enough interest, so please talk to us!
